The Korean-born Lee trained with the best, the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Australia and the Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles. If she looks familiar its because she payed her dues with design companies like BCBG and Max Studio. Yoo Lee is a Leo and they love to roar, so it is no surprise that she named her line for her astrological sign "saja” which means lion in Korean. The glamour and femininity of the 1920s and 1930s’ were when women were elegant, mysterious and sensual. Lee's flagship store is in Nolita which should make feline New Yorkers shout with glee.
