F: Is for food and drink together in a bar

Decadence has just reached a new level. Single Malt Scotch Cake and bar is all the rage. Scotch in the frosting, chocolate, caramel and salt. The candy bar is bold enough for Scotch lovers and smooth enough for all chocolate lovers. Single Malt Scotch and Dark Chocolate is a sin is some languages but together one great sensation in the confectionery world. From the first taste to the seductive aftertaste, new and complex flavors emerge that seem to enhance both the Scotch and the chocolate. Using Talisker 1992 Distillers Edition Single Malt Scotch, from the Isle of Skye. It was transferred from traditional bourbon oak into amoroso sherry casks to finish its maturation. The structure of the cake is actually pretty similar. The cake is a Chocolate Chiffon baked in angel food cake form, and it includes Walnut Oil. Brushed with a Scotch Simple Syrup to imbue the cake itself with flavor; ratio of sugar to water 1:1, with Scotch to taste(and taste!). Talisker, Caol Ila 18 year. It’s smoky, but oh so smooth. Caramel Filling, Fyi, the filling gets moister on the second day.
